A lawsuit has been filed against Lindsay Lohan by a photographer who claims that the actress drove into him with her mother's BMW. He is suing not only for his permanent physical injuries, but also for the lost income resulting from his inability to return to work for some time after the indicent. The Bronx county supreme court said that Giovanni Arnold suffered "severe and permanent personal injuries and economic loss", according to the lawsuit filed on Thursday.
Robert Stephen Cohen, the Lohan family lawyer, was unavailable for comment.
Arnold's lawyer, Marc Mausser, said that Lohan drove into his client when he was standing only two feet away from the BMW. Mausser claimed that the vehicle was not moving, and Arnold only wished to take a picture. Apparently, Lohan left the scene in another vehicle but returned soon after.
